SieTec NZ History Founded on February 1st 2001, SieTec NZ Ltd was created through the merger of Siemens Information and Communication Enterprise's New Zealand division and its then largest dealer, TNS Cablecraft. Taking Siemens Hicom & HiPath SMB portfolio's into the market SieTec quickly earned an reputation for design and delivery excellence, branching out into the Enterprise and Corporate sectors in 2002 and introducing desktop presence to Siemens clients in 2003. Fast forward to 2006 and SieTec NZ Ltd becomes New Zealand's only Gold Elite partner for Interactive Intelligence, following the successful deployment of a combined Siemens + Interactive Intelligence solution for Siemens Energy Services and a worlds first! 2008 sees the creation of SieTec Security to meet the growing demand for building access controls, video and security products both wired and wireless. Later in 2008 the creation of SieTec Wholesale Networks leverages opportunties created through the separation of Telecom's Retail and Wholesale businesses, giving SieTec access to lines and calling for both fixed and mobile users; a natural extension of SieTec's Total Solutions Total Support philosophy. .
